Little Fighter

28th September - Harley was rushed to QMC for emergency operation on perforated bowel which would have proved fatal had they not found it when they did. Had 2 more blood transfusions yesterday and feet and legs are black with bruises but seems to be holding his own :) Operation lasted 3 hours but went as well as could be expected and news this morning is that he had a reasonably stable night :) They removed part of his bowel and he now has 2 stomas (bowel is now on the outside of his tummy) and will need further operations down the line...but hopefully not until he's bigger.
